from the belly button in front, through
the crotch, to above the bum in back.
The crotch measurement is between the legs.
SMALL: Fits up to 15 pounds
Waist: 10-18 inches
Leg: 5-10 inches
Rise: 13-15 inches
Crotch: 5.5 inches
